My deepest apologies for being a day late on announcing the winner of the giveaway of a package of all three of my dear friend Marilyn Moseley's books, along with one of her beautiful calendars!

I have no excuse at all for being late in drawing the winner's name, other than the honest fact that I completely forgot! We are in the midst of a beautiful snowstorm. Kevin and Zach got off early from work yesterday, due to the weather, and we have simply been enjoying our time together. It didn't hit me until late this evening that we were supposed to draw the winner's name yesterday!
As soon as it hit me, I asked Kevin and Zach to help, and the winner's name was drawn!

DeleteA note from a LONG AGO friend---Dear Cheryl, I just happened upon a comment from you from TEN years ago, just about this time of year, when we were all enjoying a wonderful Easter weekend. I had dropped away from LAWN TEA for a few years, with family illness and then all the losses and the maskings and the gloves, and all the precautions of going out or having people in.
ReplyDeleteI just laid down my pen, so to speak, and didn't care much to take it up again until just a small time ago. It's hard to get back into the swing of things, when the absence and abstinence from writing makes such breaks in communication. I'm going back into all your years of sweet posts and inspirational lessons and stories, and it BRIGHTS me to see your words of faith and uplift.

Dear Rachel! Wow! Ten years ago! Oh, how life has changed for us in the past ten years. So different now! I am so sorry to hear of the reasons for your long absence and am so happy to know you are back blogging again! Yes! It surely is so hard to get back into the swing of things.
