  5. Music heals the heart as well as challenges and inspires us to trust and believe. Keep the music playing in your home and automobile. The verses are wonderful promises that God will see you (and us) through it all. I like Laurie's thought to copy the verses on 3x5 cards and refer to them throughout the day. Thank you for sharing your inspiring message of scriptures and music with us here at “Tell Me a Story."

  11. Some of my favorite verses are shining strong here, reminding me of the power of just resting IN His promises, and some that I needed to remember to review and meditate on, like Genesis 50:20. We need to remember that God is always in control as we live our lives in submission to Him, that He sometimes allows us to go through the waters and experience the heat of the fire but it is always for His glory. Thanks Cheryl! I am always encouraged when I visit you.
    Blessings,
    Dawn

    1. Thank you so much, Dawn! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated your sweet comments and encouragement. Thank you for reminding me that all of this is for His glory...I hadn't thought of it that way. If the trials are bringing glory to our dear Lord, it makes them so much easier to walk through, doesn't it? Much love and many blessings to you!
