Update on Brian 6/25/2020

"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God."
Matthew 5:9

This is a precious video just released by "Sounds Like Reign."  It blessed me so much, I wanted to share it with all of you.  Never before has it been more important for God's people to be instruments of His peace.  He is our only hope!

UPDATE ON BRIAN

The doctor came in today and told my sister that there is NO way Brian will come out of this.  There has been no change, and he is still completely unresponsive.  She asked the doctor if they would please do a test to see if there is any brain activity, and the doctor agreed to do an MRI on Brian's brain.  The test results will be back tomorrow, and if it is proven that there is no activity, my sister will have to make the final decision as to whether or not to continue the life support.  It is horrible for her to watch him suffer like this, and she wants to do what is best for Brian.  Both of his jaws are broken from when he collapsed and fell on the concrete.  It is horrible to think of the pain he is in.

I am the last one to give up hope, and I keep pleading with the Lord to step in and give Brian one more chance.  It does not appear that this will be in His Divine plan, and I am preparing to let go.

Your continued prayers are so deeply appreciated.

  3. I'm also going to pray for a miracle to take place before the MRI tomorrow. I'm praying for your dear sister too, this has to be horrifying for her.
I watch Sounds Like Reign and have for a couple of years now. They seem to be a wonderful family who loves the Lord and tries to honor Him in all they do.
I've begun reading your book and I'm taking my time trying to absorb it all. It's the perfect time for me to read it as we are thinking of putting our house on the market in the next few weeks.
    Blessings,
    Betsy

    1. It is so horrifying for her. I am so worried about her. She just recently suffered a bad fall before this happened, and she is already not in good health. She is on her way to the hospital now. Brian got worse during the night. It will more than likely happen today. Dear Lord, have mercy on us all. I am SO thankful you are reading our book and am trusting God to use it to help you through this time of transition in your own life. May the Word of God speak powerfully and be your guide and stay, dear friend. Blessings to you, too.
