Beyond Thankful & So, So Blessed

"But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
I Corinthians 15:57

Dear friends,
Today, I am
Gratefully
Rejoicing
As
The
 Everlasting
Father
Unveils
    Lovingkindness.
As I look back over this year and all of the years before, I can clearly trace His guiding, protecting, gentle hand upon my life.  I am so, so grateful to Him for all of the many blessings He has bestowed upon me, my life, and my precious family.  I truly have no words to praise Him enough, and I can only hope that my life will be a continual outpouring of worship and thankfulness to Him—not only through the words I say, but more importantly, through the life I live.  A person's whole life can be lived as an offering to the Lord, and that is what I most want my life to be—it is what I owe the One who gave His life for me.  This is my reasonable service and a debt I will never be able to amply repay.
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service."
Romans 12:1

May God richly bless each one of you faithful readers on this beautiful Thanksgiving Day!

    1. Oh, sweet friend! That is so heartwrenching to know that you are alone and so sad. May Jesus hold you extra close and let you know that you are not alone, and He is with you. I know you miss your dear Mom and Daddy so much, and I know if they could be there to spend it with you, they would. One day, you will join them in that great, beautiful home where there will be no parting, and you will never cry another tear. Sending lots of love to you and hope that there will be brighter days ahead for you. Keep encouraged, and keep pressing on. Heaven will surely be worth it all!

  8. I so feel the same as you, Cheryl. I can see how God is working in my life...and when I look back at SOOO many things, I can see where HE was in charge always...HE has watched over and been there for me, even before I was born. HE never, ever gives up on me...and holds me up when I stumble. Especially since Mr. Sweet passed, I have stumbled time and time again but HE never leaves me....I am thankful.

    1. Dear Rachel, thank you so very much for your sweet words! I know how you feel...I often tell my husband and son that I don't feel like I am getting my praise out. I just can't seem to thank Him enough for all HE has done for me. I am so unworthy. I hope you are having a wonderful December, too, filled with many blessings!
